MENTOR REQUIREMENTS

WHAT IT TAKES TO BE A MENTOR:

  1. One hour interview;
  1. Complete background check;
  1. Four (4) hours training & orientation;
  1. Mentor for one year;
  1. Spend an average of two hours together per week;
  1. And have a BIG HEART.
